A Day in My Life

Advent Calendar Challenge Day 7

Happy 1 week mark! I’ve successfully managed to complete the challenge of blogging every day so far. Today, I’d like to give you a peek into my boring life in the hopes that it entertains you somehow. This is an example of my day on Monday, December 3, 2018.

7:00 a.m.- I was woken up by the sweet sounds of construction outside my window. After angrily slamming it closed, I went back to sleep.

10:00 a.m.- I was woken up by my first alarm, but turned it off in favor of waiting for the second one.

10:15 a.m.- I was woken up by my second alarm and got up even though I was not happy about it. I got dressed and ate sweet potato casserole, grapes, and carrots for breakfast.

11:20 a.m.- I saw there was only one bus running to campus so I ran and caught it for my 12:30 class.

11:33 a.m.- I got to campus and filled up my water bottle before making my way up to the library, where I printed a paper for a different class and read for fun until my class.

12:30 p.m.- I attended my last Reading & Writing Poetry class.

3:15 p.m.- I was released from class and ran over to a different building to say hello to my boyfriend before heading back home.

3:30 p.m.- I walked home and heated up my Momos and some more sweet potato casserole for lunch.

4:00 p.m.- I avoided homework by watching The Little Mermaid on Netflix. I had high hopes at first, but in the end, I thought the movie was very disappointing.

5:30 p.m.- I avoided doing the homework that was actually due the next day by doing homework due at the end of the semester.

6:00 p.m.- I avoided doing homework by writing a blog post!

7:00 p.m.- I finally stopped avoiding my homework and just did it.

9:00 p.m.-I helped my boyfriend with his paper outline and we watched Impractical Jokers together.

11:30 p.m.- I went to bed.

There you go! Not the most interesting, but that’s my day. What’s your typical day like?
